Funding and support

The Hilltown Horizons Project, which started in October 2002, is funded by the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation and is based in the Highwayman Youth and Community Centre.

It has the support of a local partnership of Dundee City Council Communities Department, Dundee Contemporary Arts (DCA) Community Media and the local digital champion.
